Privacy Policy

/ Privacy
Effective date: 10 September 2026 · Applies to this website only

This policy explains what happens to information when you use WARDOGS Toolbox. The short version: the site has no accounts, no forms and no analytics of its own, and it does not collect or sell personal data. Everything you do in the tools stays in your browser. The site does display advertising from a third-party ad network, which is described in sections 3, 4 and 6 below.

1. Information we do not collect

We do not ask for or store your name, email address, account credentials, payment details or location. There is no login, no newsletter and no contact form on this site.

2. Information stored on your device

The site uses your browser's local storage for a single purpose: remembering which interface language you selected. That entry (named wd_lang) stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and disappears if you clear your browser data.

Loadouts, damage setups and artillery points exist only in the open page. Closing or reloading the tab clears them unless you copy a loadout share code yourself.

3. Cookies

Our own code does not set cookies. Advertising, however, is served by a third-party ad network, and that network and its partners may set cookies or use similar identifiers to measure impressions, limit how often you see the same ad and, where permitted, personalise advertising. Those cookies are set and controlled by the ad network, not by us. You can block them in your browser or with an ad blocker — every tool on this site keeps working without them.

4. Third-party requests

To show real in-game imagery, your browser requests image files from community-hosted services when a page needs them. Those requests are ordinary image downloads and do not include any information you entered — but, like any web request, the receiving server can see your IP address, your browser's user agent and the page the request came from (the site sends no referrer information with those requests).

Those services are operated by third parties with their own privacy practices. You can avoid these requests by mirroring the assets locally or by blocking third-party images and scripts in your browser; the tools themselves keep working.

5. Hosting and server logs

This is a static site. The hosting provider that serves the pages may keep standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested file, user agent) for security and operations, as virtually all web hosts do. We do not combine those logs with any other data, and we do not use them to identify individuals.

6. Analytics and advertising

This site displays advertising supplied by Adsterra, a third-party ad network, through a script loaded on every page. That script and the ads it serves may collect information such as your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, browser and device details, and the pages you view, in order to select, deliver and measure advertising, and to detect invalid traffic. We do not receive or store that data. The ad network's own privacy policy governs how it is used, and the network provides the applicable opt-out and consent mechanisms for the regions it serves; if you are in a region that requires consent for personalised advertising and you do not consent, block the ad script or the ad network's domains in your browser. We do not run analytics of our own.

7. Children

The site is a game companion tool and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.

8. Your choices

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.

10. Contact

Questions about this policy can be sent to the contact address listed on the about page. Please include “privacy” in the subject line so it reaches the right place.

This page describes the site as it is currently built, including third-party advertising. If you add analytics, a comment system or any other data-collecting feature, update this policy first — it is a legal requirement in most jurisdictions and a requirement of most ad networks.
